Flights Terminals
LUGGAGE TROLLEYS
Luggage trolleys are available at the A and B gates and Arrival
hall of the International Flights Terminal and in front of
the Domestic Flights Terminal. Luggage trolleys are provided
free of charge.
PTT ( Post Office )
PTT office located at the arrival hall of the International
Flights Terminal serves between 8:30-16:30 hours.
WHEELCHAIR SERVICE
Wheelchair service is provided free of charge at our Domestic
and International Flights terminals for handicapped and ill
passengers.
SMOKING AREA
Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of Sabiha Gokcen
Airport. Areas allocated for smoking are arranged at the A
and B Hall, Mezzanine Restaurant area and Café area.
BABY CARE ROOM
A baby room is provided for baby care in the departure lounge,
Hall A of the International Flights Terminal.

FOR THE HANDICAPPED
A toilet is provided for the handicapped passengers in the
departure lounge of Hall A and B of International Flights
Terminal and departure lounge of Domestic Flights Terminal.

RESTAURANT/BAR/CAFE
Wings Café and Bar is located at the mezzanine lounge of International
Flights terminal and two cafés are located in A and B halls
of the ground floor.
East Port Cafe is at your service at the departure lounge
of the Domestic Flights Terminal.
MINI MARKET
Newspapers, cigarettes, magazines, perfumes, personal care
products and packed food products are available at the arrival
lounge of the International Flights Terminal.
UNITEL TECHNOMARKET
A store of the Unitel firm selling cellular telephones and
accessories, various electronic devices and equipment is located
at the arrival lounge of the International Flights Terminal.
SHOPS
Tobacco Shop SKYMART is operated by Serhan Serdar Tektas; and Sinasi Ayhan Adi, located at the sectioned halls of the International Flights Terminal.
Turkish Delight Shop is operated by Zümrüt Kuyumculuk Elek. Paz. ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. , located at the sectioned halls of the International Flights Terminal.

Popular spirits, cigarettes, candies, perfume products of
the world sold in the shops operated by the Aksoy Duty Free
firm, located at the sectioned halls of the International
Flights Terminal.

Türkiye Is Bankasi branch located at
the arrival lounge of the International Flights Terminal provides
all kinds of banking services. The bank is open 24
hours.
PASSENGERS REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMPANY
Unaccompanied Minor
Unaccompanied children are being accompanied
by the Passenger Services Personnel of Sabiha Gokcen
Airport. Trips of children who have completed the age of 6
and those who have not completed 11 are contingent upon the
consent of their parents or guardians.
Reservations of unaccompanied minors who shall travel must
be confirmed and an Unaccompanied Minor Trip Authorization
form must be filled.
Subsequent to completion of the check-in process of the unaccompanied
minor, the child shall be handed over to the airplane cabin
supervisor by the Passenger Services Personnel prior to the
departure time together all documents. Unaccompanied minors,
arriving at our airport are received from the cabin supervisor
with their documents and handed over to their receivers.
Pregnant Passengers
There are no hindrances against flight
of pregnant passengers with a pregnancy period up to 28 weeks
from our airport. Pregnant passengers that have exceeded the
28th week must submit a health report issued at a maximum
of seven days in advance by their doctor, indicating that
there are no hindrances against the airplane travel of the
concerned, during check-in.
Ill and Handicapped Passengers
Ill passengers receiving a report from
the doctor at Sabiha Gokcen Airport or their own
doctors, indicating that there are no hindrances against the
airplane travel of the concerned, must submit said report
during their check-in process. Passengers requiring care may
travel with their accompaniment if required by the airlines.
Though no reports are required for the travel of the handicapped,
the handicapped persons who should not travel by themselves
can only travel with the accompaniment. Based on the request
from the passengers and the airlines wheelchairs and stretchers
shall be supplied for the ill and handicapped passengers.
LOST AND DAMAGED LUGGAGE
You have arrived at airport at the end
of your airplane travel and your luggage cannot be found or
you determine that it has been damaged. Do not become low-spirited
against this undesirable and unpleasant situation. Necessary
reports shall be issued upon your application at the Lost
Goods office and personnel.
If you shall provide the required information to the Lost
Goods Personnel for finding of your luggage and delivery thereof
to you as soon as possible, the search for your luggage shall
be initiated. The WorldTracer System, which is used in all
world airports and airlines for search and follow-up of lost
luggage in the electronic environment, is used in Sabiha Gokcen
Airport.
